• You have 3 days from the delivery date to initiate your refund for store credit or exchange

• Returns and exchanges are valid for orders placed within the US only

• Exchanges and returns are at Customer's expense

• Please send the item in an secured box, and use mail option with a tracking number

• Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect your item within 3 business days to ensure it adheres to our guidelines: The item must be in brand new, unworn, salable condition

• Final sale items, marked on the product page are not refundable or exchangeable

Return + Exchange Policy

B A G O L À offers returns for store credit* ONLY or exchange.

If within 3 days from the delivery date you change your mind, you may opt to do an even exchange for a different product or the same item in a different color. 

Please note that we require items to be returned to us in brand new, unworn, salable condition ! If your exchange item does not adhere to our guidelines, B A G O L À reserves the right to deny an exchange and ship the item back, at the customer’s expense.

All the returns and shipping costs are at Customer's expense.

Upon approval, we will email you to confirm your return for store credit or exchange, ship out in stock exchange item, or begin production on your new item.

*A store credit for returned merchandise is not inclusive of shipping charges

STEP BY STEP RETURN INSTRUCTION

​

1. Contact BAGOLÀ and tell us about your experience. 

2. Pack the item in a brand new, unworn condition in the original box, together with the contact form

3. Send the package to the following address: Trophy and Awards, 5860 N Northwest Hwy, Chicago Illinois 60631.  Remember that it must be a REGISTERED package.

4. After we receive the package, and we approve the item is brand new, unworn condition,  we will send you a store credit within 3-5 business days.
